Does dermaplaning have any side-effects?

Just like with active acne, scrubbing a sharp tool over sensitive spots can irritate your skin, spread bacteria from open sores, and possibly worsen your condition for a few days

How much does a dermaplaning facial cost?

We have two dermaplaning packages, our Express Package and our Deluxe Package. The Express option costs $99, and only includes the actual process of dermaplaning, while the $160 Deluxe includes manual extractions and a customised mask to really revitalise your skin before an event or just for maintenance!

Will dermaplaning make my hair grow back thicker?

NO! Contrary to popular belief, shaving doesn’t actually make your hair grow back thicker – and the same is true when you pay for a session of dermablading. Because your hair is cut straight across the surface of your skin, it might feel a little different, but the texture, softness, and growth speed is exactly the same!

Can I wear makeup after dermaplaning?

Yes, you can wear makeup right after your dermaplaning session. Because the treatment removes the peach fuzz hair and dead skin, you’ll find that your makeup actually sits effortlessly smoother after your session. However, it’s important to note while it’s totally fine to wear makeup after your session, you should consider letting their skin rest for the rest of the day.
