What does tattoo removal feel like?
Laser tattoo removal feels like a hot-flick of a rubber band. We can use numbing cream to reduce the pain to make it more comfortable. The treatment is quick and only lasts less than a minute!
Is there downtime?
Some redness and swelling is normal and usually only lasts 12 hours, however it and can last up to 72 hours on some people. The tattoo may temporarily whiten (“blanch”) during treatment, but colour usually returns within hours and will be lighter than before.
Will my brows change colour?
Yes, as the ink breaks down, the brows will lighten over time. The ink may also change colour to red-orange-yellow tones as the laser reacts to the components in the ink.
Will my brows turn red?
This can happen and caused by the laser reacting to the components in the ink. If this does happen, our lasers can safely treat red, yellow and orange inks.
Will I lose hairs?
No, our laser is not a hair removal laser and does not target the hair follicle when treating for tattoo removal. The colour of the hairs can temporarily lighten, however this can be fixed easily with brow tint immediately after!
Does it hurt?
Tattoo removal can be painful, however we usually suggest using Numbing Cream before your tattoo removal to help make the process a lot easier and faster!
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the tattoo’s age, depth, and ink used. Most clients need between 3 to 6 sessions for significant fading or complete removal.
Can you remove Microblading?
