PRP for Dark Under Eyes

Dark under eyes can be a frustrating and challenging problem, and we understand the impact it can have on your self-esteem and confidence. That is why we offer PRP therapy as a safe and effective treatment option for improving the appearance of dark under eyes.

At our clinic, we use state-of-the-art technology to extract a small amount of the patient's blood and process it to concentrate the platelets. The concentrated platelets are then injected into the skin under the eyes using a fine needle. The platelets release growth factors that stimulate collagen production, improve skin texture, and promote healing. This results in a reduction of dark circles and a brighter, more refreshed appearance.

PRP therapy is a non-surgical, minimally invasive procedure that takes about 30 minutes to complete. Most patients experience minimal discomfort and can return to their daily activities immediately after the treatment. Additionally, PRP therapy has minimal side effects and is a safe option for improving the appearance of dark under eyes.

If you are having issues with hollowing under the eyes which are contributing to the appearance of dark circles then Tear Trough Filler may be an alternative solution. We offer tear trough filler in the clinic too. Some patients may need both filler and PRP to see satisfactory results with dark circles under their eyes.

Our experienced healthcare professionals work closely with each patient to create a personalized treatment plan based on their unique needs and goals. We pride ourselves on providing safe, effective, and affordable PRP therapy for dark under eyes, and we are committed to helping our patients achieve the best possible results.

Skin And Things PRP

Step 1

Take a blood sample

Your blood is collected by an on-site clinician. It is then spun in a centrifuge to seperate the red blood cells, white blood cells

Step 2

Centrifuge

The fresh blood sample is placed directly into the centrifuge and then spun. The fast spinning along with the specialised gel separator is what assists in purifying the hair treatment with more than 80% platelet recovery and purity

Step 3

Injecting & Infusing

The PRP is then injected into the treated area using a tiny needle. Clients usually feel the same sensation as a mosquito bite. We also use a micro needling device to open channels in the skin to allow topical absorption.

Other modalities such as RF Needling and Co2 Lasers produce great results for skin rejuvenation and resurfacing when paired with PRP

Step 3

Results

Results can be seen after 1-2 weeks initially and will continue to improve over the next 2-3 months. We advise to have 3 sessions done in 4 week intervals for optimal results
